Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By using ListLavish — the web app, the mobile app, or this website — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
ListLavish is a voice-first list assistant available on the web and on mobile. One account works across both, and your lists sync between them. It uses third-party services (Anthropic, Deepgram, ElevenLabs) to transcribe speech, interpret requests, and generate spoken replies.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where local law requires) to use ListLavish.
4. Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time in Settings, and doing so deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Free tier and fair use
ListLavish is currently provided free of charge. To keep it sustainable, assistant requests are subject to a per-day limit for each account. If you reach the limit, the assistant will tell you and it resets the following day; your lists remain fully usable by typing and tapping. We may adjust these limits, and may introduce paid plans in future.
6. Your content
Your lists are yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content in order to operate the service for you. We do not use your list content for advertising, and we do not sell it.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempting to disrupt or overload it, no circumventing usage limits, no automated scraping or programmatic access outside the app, no reverse engineering, and no using it for unlawful purposes.
8. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Speech recognition and AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete — verify anything important. Do not rely on ListLavish for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical information.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListLavish is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, or if required to protect the service or other users.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, notified in the app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ListLavish is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
